Each candidate must meet the\nqualifications of the City of Nicholson Charter<\/a> (see\ndocuments) as well as applicable state laws. The Charter is available by\nclicking on this link as well as on the City of Nicholson Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Jackson County Voters Registration Office<\/a> 706-367-6377 handles voter registration for all Jackson\nCounty residents regardless of whether you reside in a city, such as Nicholson,\nor live in an unincorporated area of Jackson County. You must be registered to\nvote in an election and must be registered as a resident of the area in which\nyou intend to vote.
