The city of Nicholson adopted a Limb Policy by Resolution in 2012 that we adhere to today. I am going to post the policy so that citizens are aware of what the city provides for its citizens.

RESOLUTION: LIMB PICK UP, CHIPPING AND REMOVAL

1. Thirty (30) minutes of limb removal and chipping is free to citizens
PROVIDED…
A. Small limbs ONLY… no more than 3 inches in circumference.
B. Limbs must be brought to the curb.

2. After thirty (30) minutes, everyone will be charged at the rate of fifty (50) dollars per hour to cover the cost of employee salaries and gasoline,
