Governor Brian Kemp and Dr. Kathleen Toomey, Commissioner of the Department of Public Health, and Homer Bryson, GEMA Director asked Georgia leaders, business owners, city and county officials and employees to make it a point to wear masks to help stop the spread of Covid-19. For most Georgia cities it is not mandated that people wear a mask, however, some cities have begun to pass mandates that their individual city must wear masks.
Although a mask will not stop you from spreading or getting the virus, it deters the spread… more so than if you do not have a mask on. We are all in this together and more than likely feel the same about wearing a mask. Please consider following this simple request when entering a store, a place of worship, or any public space. It may be a matter of minutes until you can take it back off. For the sake of others if not for yourself and your family! Let’s end this pandemic by voluntarily following a few small and simple directives. This includes wiping down handles and buggies for the customers coming and going from your place of business.
Thank you for understanding!
