The Mayor and City Council of the City of Nicholson, Georgia intends to opt out of the statewide adjusted base year ad valorem homestead exemption for the City of Nicholson.  All concerned citizens are invited to the public hearings on this matter to be held at the City of Nicholson Community Center, 129 Lakeview Drive, Nicholson, Georgia 30565 on December 19, 2024.  The public hearing shall be held at 6:30 p.m.
