REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be a Homestead Exempted property owner eligible
-Must have a dead, dying, or hazardous tree
-TRAQ Certified Arborist must evaluate the tree
-Must be located within grant match area
-Homeowner must agree to plant a replacement tree on the same property within one year of removal
