NOTE TO ALL RESIDENTS FROM JACKSON COUNTY GOVERNMENT: 

“There has been a substantial increase in the amount of trash we are seeing on our county roadways and we would like to ask that you pass along to your drivers that it is very important that their loads are tarped correctly.  We are beginning enforcement of the unsecure load and littering ordinances. This will involve law enforcement regularly patrolling roads and writing citations.”
