Attendance: Jan Webster, Lamar Watkins, Thomas Gary, Dusty Durst, Debbie Fontaine, City Attorney Jody Campbell, (Mike Barfield and Charles Phelps-Mainstreet News, were not present)

Call to Order: Jan called the meeting to order @1:00pm

  • Vote to adopt Health Insurance Ordinance – Dusty motioned to adopt Ordinance for GMEBS Health Insurance; Thomas seconded. Council voted, all in favor. Motion was approved.
  • Jody gave council notice that a Special Called Meeting may be in order for the Benton Lease for the Daycare. Further notice will be given if this becomes necessary.

Adjourn – Lamar motioned to adjourn, Thomas seconded; meeting adjourned at 1:10pm.
